    Introduction - Welcome to Sponsogram. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to influencers, brands, and event organizers.

    Services - Sponsogram is a platform designed to connect influencers and event organizers with brands seeking sponsorship opportunities. Users can create profiles, browse available sponsorship deals, apply for deals, and track the performance of their campaigns through the platform.

    User Responsibilities :-

    1. Account Creation - Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account on Sponsogram.
    2. Ethical Use - Users are expected to use the platform ethically and respect the rights and privacy of other users.
    3. Content Ownership - Users retain ownership of the content they post but grant Sponsogram a license to use and display such content on the platform.
    4. Account Termination - Sponsogram reserves the right to terminate accounts or restrict access to the platform for users who violate these terms or engage in behavior that is deemed inappropriate or harmful.
    5. Limitation of Liability - Sponsogram is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profit, or any other intangible losses.
    6. NOTE: Changes to Terms - Sponsogram reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

    Terms and Conditions for Handling Plan :-

    1. Payment Terms - Upon finalization of the deal, the client agrees to pay 50% of the total amount upfront before the commencement of work. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the project.
    2. Refund Policy - If we are unable to execute the marketing campaign as per the client's specified requirements, we will issue a full refund of the upfront payment within 7 days of the request.
    3. Budget Validity - Clients must provide a realistic and valid budget for their marketing needs. Hypothetical budgets will not be accepted, and we reserve the right to refuse requests if the budget is not aligned with our services.
    4. Right to Accept or Deny Requests - We retain the right to accept or deny any request for collaboration based on the client's budget, project feasibility, and alignment with our services.
    5. Barter Collaborations - In the case of barter collaborations, a separate commission fee will be applicable. This fee will be discussed and agreed upon before the campaign's initiation.
    6. Paid Collaborations - For paid collaborations, the payment structure can be customized based on the client's needs, which may include upfront fees or a commission taken from the per influencer budget as per the agreed-upon terms.
    7. Project Scope and Changes - Any changes to the initial project scope after finalization may incur additional costs. Clients will be notified in advance, and agreement on new terms will be required.
    8. Confidentiality - Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the collaboration. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing strategies, financial details, and business operations.
    9. Intellectual Property - All content created during the collaboration will remain the property of our agency unless otherwise agreed. The client will have usage rights as specified in the agreement. The agency or brand taking our handling service cannot exclusively take credit for it or mention it in their testimonials without mentioning Sponsogram or asking for our permission.
    10. Limitation of Liability - Our agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the collaboration. The client agrees to indemnify us against any claims arising from the use of the campaign materials.
    11. Force Majeure - We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or acts of government.
    12. Governing Law - These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be settled in the courts of India.
    13. Acceptance of Terms - By submitting the contact form or engaging in a collaboration, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
    14. Client Responsibilities - Clients are expected to provide all necessary materials and information promptly to facilitate timely project completion. Delays in providing such information may result in extended timelines.
    15. Communication - All communication regarding the project should be conducted through the designated channels to ensure clarity and documentation of discussions.
    16. Feedback and Revisions - Clients will have the opportunity to provide feedback during the project. Reasonable revisions are included, but excessive changes may incur additional charges.
    17. Non-Exclusivity - The collaboration does not imply exclusivity. We reserve the right to work with other clients, including competitors of the client.
    18. Duration of Agreement - The terms outlined in this agreement remain effective until the completion of the project or until either party terminates the agreement in writing.

    Sponsogram Copyright Policy

    Introduction - Sponsogram is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. This Copyright Policy outlines the applicable procedures for users of our platform and clarifies the consequences of infringing upon copyrighted materials.

    Definitions :-

    1. Copyrighted Material - Refers to original works of authorship protected by copyright law, including but not limited to literary, dramatic, musical, artistic works (text, images, videos, music), sound recordings, films, computer programs, and databases.
    2. Content - Any information and materials submitted to or posted on Sponsogram by users, including event descriptions, images, videos, and text.
    3. User - Any individual or entity accessing or using Sponsogram's platform and services.
    4. Content Ownership and User Rights - Users retain ownership of the Content they submit to Sponsogram. However, by submitting Content, users grant Sponsogram a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the Content on the platform and for its promotional purposes. Users acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for ensuring their Content does not infringe upon the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party. Users are advised to retain back-up copies of their Content, as Sponsogram does not assume responsibility for its loss or damage.

    Prohibited Content :-

    1. Users are prohibited from submitting or posting Content that: - Infringes upon the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party. Contains unauthorized copyrighted material. Misrepresents the ownership or origin of any Content. Is defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or illegal. Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

    2. Reporting Copyright Infringement - If you believe that any Content on Sponsogram infringes upon your copyright, please submit a detailed Copyright Infringement Notice ("Notice") to  hello@sponsogram.in  or through our  contact form.

    Your Notice should include :-

    1. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) allegedly infringed upon.
    2. Identification of the infringing Content on Sponsogram, including URLs or specific descriptions.
    3. Your contact information, including your name, email address, and physical address.
    4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the Content in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
    5. Your signature (electronic or physical).

    Copyright Infringement Procedure

    Upon receipt of a Notice, Sponsogram will :-

    1. Promptly review the Notice and take appropriate action under applicable copyright laws and regulations.
    2. Inform the alleged infringer of the Notice and request its response.
    3. Consider removing the infringing Content from the platform, pending further investigation or resolution.
    4. Notify the party submitting the Notice of the outcome of its investigation.
    1. Consequences of Copyright Infringement - In addition to removing infringing Content, Sponsogram reserves the right to take further action against users who repeatedly infringe upon copyright including: Terminating the user's account. Reporting the infringing activity to relevant authorities. Seeking legal action against the user.

    2. Disclaimers - This Copyright Policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Users are encouraged to consult with legal counsel for any questions regarding copyright law.

    3. Changes to this Policy - Sponsogram reserves the right to update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The current version of this Policy will be posted on the platform. Your continued use of Sponsogram after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

    4. Typography - The Sponsogram typeface family embodies our brand personality and ensures clear, consistent communication. Use these fonts in accordance with the guidelines.
    5. Imagery - Utilize the approved visual assets and photography style guide to maintain brand coherence and positive associations.

      Brand Usage Guidelines :-

    1. Partnerships - Authorized partners and affiliates using the Sponsogram brand must adhere to these guidelines and obtain prior written permission.
    2. Marketing Materials - Official marketing materials, including visuals, messaging, and tone of voice, should be used consistently to maintain brand identity. Unofficial or outdated materials are not permitted.
    3. Third-Party Use - The Sponsogram brand must not be used in any way that is misleading, deceptive, or disparaging.
